Beautiful Views

My family and I have been visiting Oak Island for several years and Tropic Like It's Hot was by far the nicest place we have stayed. The views were incredible and the walk to the beach took less than a minute right off the back deck! I would highly recommend this location. It was clean and had plenty of space for everyone. The WiFi worked great and the hosts were very responsive!

Great stay!

This is a great house and very well setup to accommodate 10 people comfortably. The views are like no other. We had a one year old with us and the pack n play, stair gate, and high chair were great! And it was great that we could sit in the living room and still have a great view! The beds were comfortable, the AC worked well, we had a great stay and will definitely be back!

Beautiful vac!

This was the 2nd year we booked this house in Feb. The water was cold but the house was perfect! We had a wonderful stay and a great family trip! The house is right on the beach with all the amenities of home. My 3 year old wants to know if this can be his new house?! 😁

Great place

Well-appointed place, super comfortable, nice layout. Great cottage for our family plus a couple extra teenage friends. We had a wonderful weekend!

clean and serene

What a paradise! First time to oak island and will definitely not be the last. The house was clean and serene. It was a perfect layout for our 2 families with 5 kids and had every amenity we needed for a perfect stay. We’ll be back! Thank you so much.

Great Getaway!

Our family came to celebrate a birthday but it was also a time to catch our breath during December. This is the perfect house to rejuvenate. Everything you would need for any length of stay is provided and kept clean. This, along with the location, makes for a wonderful and memorable visit. We plan on returning with friends and family in the near future.

Absolutely wonderful home! If you want a fantastic vacation stay here. Our family loves this home: 6 adults and 3 children and it was perfect.
